Today is eight years. Still have my weight off and healthy has anything! Good luck folks. It's worth it!

It will be three years in November. I have lost 213lbs. I am so grateful and happy. It was a long and hard road. It is so worth it!

I have lost 163 llbs. Yeh! I fell great and love how my body is changed!

I feel great! I weigh 226 lbs.

I AM DOING REALLY GREAT! FEELING ALOT BETTER. I STARTED THERAPY AND I ACTUALLY LIKE MY THERAPIST. I AM WEIGHING ABOUT 236LB. VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT! I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE ABOUT 60 MORE LBS.

I have been feeling really bad lately! I am down about 107lbs. I have had a intestine virus. So tummy not so great. otherwise I am very happy with my weight lose.
Oh! My century card club disappeared! What's up with that!

Not sure what happened but I have lost another five lbs. and that makes a hundred. I am so happy! i have been really active lately and the weight is falling off. I have also took up beef jerky and that is adding more protein in my life. also i drink more water now. For a while I just was not drinking enough.

I WEIGHED TODAY AND I AM FIVE LBS. AWAY FROM THAT CENTURY CLUB. I CAN NOT BELEIVE THE JOURNEY THAT HAS TAKEN PLACE SO FAR. I LOVE WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME. I GOT TO GET OFF THE C-PAP MACHINE FOR SLEEP APNEA ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. THAT WAS THE LAST THING TO STOP!  NO DIABETIC MEDS, NO HIGH BLOOD MEDS. AND NOW NO C-PAP. I TAKE NOTHING BUT VITAMINS. THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY!!! 
I AM GOING TO START THERAPY BECAUSE I THINK THAT I HAVE A BIT OF TRANFERANCE. I AM SHOPPING ALOT AND I DO HAVE THE FEAR THAT IT IS HAPPENING TO FAST AND THAT I WILL GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK. I WANT TO FIND IT IN MYSELF TO LET THOSE FEELINGS GO.
I JUST WANT TO WORK OUT WHAT GOT ME TO 351 LBS. IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I WANT EVER GO BACK!
