I am having an emergency surgery for and ulcer/revision on Monday and I am trying to prepare. It's been 5 years since my RNY. Does anyone have a copy of the yellow sheet to show the phases and restrictions?

Hair Loss...AGAIN! - I'm 10 months out and I started losing my hair at about 3 months. It stopped falling out and grew back nicely. Cause?...Surgery, not enough protien...whatever...I was not worried...

I actually Gained 3 Pounds! - I'm 7 months out and following the program, but I have actually gained 3 pounds. At first I thought...bloated? I drank more. Then I thought...too many carbs? I ate less carbs.....
