Yeah.  I can eat real food.  I saw my NUT today and she told me what protein food I can eat.  I will not be able to have fruits or vegs. until more weight comes off.   But something to work for. 

I'm just so excited to be able to eat something.  I had a cheesy egg for lunch and for dinner I told my hubby I wanted Fish.... or seaford.

Monday, I meet with Michelle - My NUT.  This visit is to get my 2wk. pre-op liquid diet.  So far, so good with no nurves.  This week I put myself on a semi - liquid diet to help get ready for it.  Last week, I went through the "Eat everything" diet. If the scales at my office are correct, as of yesterday morning I have lost 10lbs. since Monday.  I did not get to weigh myself this morning due to is being so crazy at work.  Just a reminder, this was year end for my company.  It has been so crazy and stressfull this past week.  I have several knots in my back and not to mention the ones in my neck.  Can you say - massage?  It would be nice.  I am so excited that my co-worker that has been out for back surgery and coming back to work on Monday.  Things might get back to somewhat normal.  However, I got to sit down and think about all of my duties and write them so that she and my other co-worker can pick up my duties for 4-6 wks.  I'm looking forward to having a while off to recover not only from my surgery, BUT my work.   I can hardly wait.  !!!!!
