Having lower body lift in Toronto in 60 days!! Can't believe its coming so fast. Would love some suggestions on what to have at home for post-op to help with recovery. What foods were easy to get down? lift chair? dressings? extra pillows? any advice

SOOOOO excited. Got OHIP approval for pannulectomy. Paying the extra for lower body lift. Surgery is booked for Oct 31st!! So excited.

How did you decide on your goal weight? Did a doctor tell you? I am 7 months done and 147 lbs down from highest weight. I have a goal for myself but just curious how people have come up with a goal weight? 

So excited!!! Stepped on the scale this morning and it read 199 lbs! ! Never want to see 200 again! I posted pics in my album. 49lbs to go to goal!!

Tomorrow is the big day! Surgery is at 1pm at toronto east general!! Nervous but excited!

Down 53 lbs since new years! Can't wait to continue my journey!

Was anyone sick with a cold when they did surgery. I have a cold and am terrified they are going to cancell my surgery!!! 

Have my preop appt for surgery tomorrow at toronto east general. Surgery is on the 21st. Anything I should know? 9 days of shakes dowe and hate them with a passion lol. 7 lbs lost on shakes and 46 lbs total since Christmas.  Can't wait till surgery!!!!

I like the chocolate but dont have very much of it, anyone who may live close to peterborough, milton, or woodstock want to trade some of their chocolate for vanilla??
