4 months out!!! - Well this has been a good thing for me. I have lost 64 pounds in 4 months and my b/p and b/s are normal. I feel like i have slowed some but i know i need to increase the exercing

Right on!!! - 1 month and 4 days out!!! things are looking up.. I'm down 28 pounds and just started feeling like i had more energy. Still need to pick up on the exercising.. Been slacking.

1 week out - Things are getting better now after 1 week out!!! Still not 100% but atleast i cant drink without it hurting. went to support group last night. We weighed in i was down 22 pounds....

Home - I made it out of surgery!! Its been 2 days now. I feel so full when i sip water and i dont know if i can get my protein down.. I hope this will pass. I been worn out today!!

4 Days till surgery... - OMG!! Its so close to my surgery. I can't wait. I got everything bought except the protein. Not sure which ones to use. I hope i will be able to drink it. I know its important.
