This WL journey is so hard.  In 10wks I only lost 6lbs. I kno its my fault but I still feel sad. Ive really got 2 pull myself 2gether.  I thought I was down 40lbs last time, but now Im down 43lbs... smh.  This journey is oh so hard.  Been dealing with obesity ever since middle childhood. But, I am determined 2 us this band as a tool & work hard 2 change my negative eating habits... IDK.  IM SOOOOOO TIRED!!!!! 

So Im goin 2 get weighed 2morrow... pray 4 me. My eating has been out of control since Thanksgiving.  Im goin 2 get a fillin cause Ive been hungry non stop. Ill let u kno the damages... SMH.

Im not sticking 2 any diet 2day. The food is cookin & Im goona ENJOY. Of courses it will b as much as my pouch can hold... no vomitting 4 me

I am sooooooo happy. I went 2 c my surgeon 2day & I lost 13 more lbs. In total I lost 40lbs since my surgery on July 17.
God is so good & faithful!!!! He brought me safely through my surgery & recovery process and now He gives me the strength daily 2 change my bad eating habits.  I luv U JESUS

So i strayed away from my liquid diet, but I have to admit, I have been eating much healthier .   I also puished back my doc appointment... lol.  Keep me in prayer every1!!!!

Next week I have 2 c my surgeon 2 get weighed.  I put myself on a liquid diet because I hav been over doing it with the fried food.  Oh well, My stomach needs a good cleansing out anyway!!!!!!!!  Pray 4 me every1
