It's been a struggle

These last two months of changing my life habits have been a struggle.  I am - 19 and going.  I am making a goal challenge this week to say adious to the 260's and Say "Hey Ya" to the 250's.  It will feel so good to see some different numbers on the scale.  I know that the scale doesn't tell the whole picture, but it is a super great motivator for me.

What have I done so far over the last two months?
I have tried to eat within a healthy 1300 to 1800 calorie diet.  Yes I did Mcd's and ate out at a few restaurants along the way, tried to make good choices there.  I never deprived myself of something if I really really wanted it.  I have watched my fat intake mostly.  I started taking Alli July 17th, and have pretty well stuck to the plan.  No treatment effects.  Have I noticed any great difference in aiding in wieght loss, no not really.  Maybe it is helping to keep me on target, but I don't find the weight falling off any faster.  

What do I really need to work on?
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise.  I don't think I can say that enough.  It has been so hot lately, and I have not felt the best in the last few weeks so I have not been motivated to get it moving. 

Conclusion 
I am motivated in eating right and getting healthier.  Very proud of myself and where I am today.  Learning to love myself first before everyone else and doing well at it.  I have stuck close to goal for 2 months now.  That was a hard feat to achieve at first.  If I have a pigout moment, Oh well.  I just hop
back on the program.  No beating myself up.  That is a big change from prior wieght loss attempts. I allow myself to eat what I really want, just not bunches of it.  I have made changes slowly in my life and will continue making changes as I get use to the routines I am trying to establish.  Since this is a new life I am creating for myself.  Will try to check in a little more frequently next time.
