16 Years Post Op- Age 59

I just uplpaded some new photos in my profile.  For my age(59), my BMI is 26. I have fibromyalgia and work at home with my e-Commerce, Elle's Emporium.  I am basically housebold and no longer drive, however, I do the best I can with what I've got to work with in any given moment.  I take medication to bandaid the pain. Summer is very difficult for a flareup because of the high temperatures, and quick fluctuations in weather change.  Stress is another problem.  The less stress, the better. I hate being around large crowds. I know my boundaries and try to stay within them for an optimum quality of life. I look at this way.  I told my husband of 40 years, if I hadn't had the weight loss surgery in 2001, I would have died years ago.

Next goal, a tummy top....still have belly pouch and at my age, it's moving "south" and to have a breast lift with implants to replace lost breast tissue.  I have to look for great plastic surgeons in the Nashville area and find out how much this is going to cost.
