Rainy Days...

It's raining here in Milton Mills... We need the rain but it's so depressing. There is "plenty" of housework to do... (Not appealing), nothing on TV. Just kind of a boring day. This is the hardest time not to go for "food"... It is almost time for a snack but I'm trying to decide what I want (and make a good choice). I'm @ 6lbs below goal so I readjusted the goal so I'm only 1lb below. Sometimes I am TERRIFIED of gaining the weight back. I haven't gone up yet except 1lb, and my weight has been stable now for about 6 weeks (I'm 8 months out).
I'm happy with the weight loss, just now starting to have body image issues (eeewww saggy skin!) I started to go to the gym this month and I'm making good progress on my toning but nothing is going to tone that saggy, scarred belly and "lack" of boobs.
I guess every one goes through this yucky feeling at some point post surgery, close to the first year out. I'll get by, but it feels better just to write it out to you guys (people that "get it")... so thanx for letting me vent. I promise to make my next post more happy
