Ok.........got to 170 and stopped.  In last 3 mo started gaining. Now up 12 lbs. Freaking out!!!  Want to eat too much, too often. I exericise a lot, but appetite out of control sometimes. Can't eat a lot , but not right. Not getting all my protein and water.  Having endoscopy on fri to check out pouch. If mech. failure somehow will seek revision my surgeon has said. If all ok with endo..............well, I'll really have to get back on tract for sure.  Discouraging to gain......

Still get reallllllllll sleepy after meals.

Will write after endo.
