My impression is that this liquid diet petrified me for nothing...although the required protein shake is kind of yucky (BariEssentials). I've lost 6 pounds in one day...water weight or not, that was entertaining. Funny how the liquid diet isn't even bothering me, but nervousness about the surgery is. The more days I do on the pre-op diet, the closer I get to my surgery....tick, tock.

July 22nd, here I come...ready or not!

I started the pre-op diet and it's not as hard as I thought.

I am beginning at 254.6 pounds...highest I have ever been, thanks to my week of last meals last week :(

Here we go!
