I had WLS!  This is uncharted territtory for me! I have stopped losing weight and now its about maintanance! Thats tough! I'm older now too so my body is going through some crazy changes! I am ALWAYS concerned about weight gain because I have come too far to get big again! I haven't been on this site in a long time! I know that it will help me stay on track and focused.
