Just wanted to let you know that I have been very sick this last year with my Neck and Back.  Having to have Injections.

 

Feeling better now.  We will get started back on TRACK in September after Summer Vacations.

Hello Friends!   I’m helping out OH by coordinating the fashion show models for the October Atlanta Conference. Below is some information they’d like you to know so you can come join us and show off on the catwalk!   Remember, EVERYONE is invited to participate, men and women. All you have to do is bring an outfit you’d like to be photographed in.   Email to [email protected] your photos and information: ·         High resolution before and after photos ·         Your full name, OH screen name, surgeon, surgery type and (optional) amount of weight lost This is your chance to shine and to show everyone what a great job you’ve done. Just wanted to let everyone know that I am doing fine.  I am 3 years Post-Op now with the Lap-Band.  I have lost 133 Pounds and Maintaining now.  My Doctor calls Me His Poster Child.  I lost over 100 Pounds in 1 Year with The Lap-Band.

WE CAN DO IT.  JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR VITAMINS, PROTEIN, WATER, AND EXERCISE IN EACH AND EVERY DAY.

I am so Proud of everyone of you.

Hope you all had a Great Thanksgiving.


I am doing good.  I had to have good ole Mrs. Female Surgery 2 weeks ago.

Just got back from Vacation at the Beach.  My Husband and I had a Wonderful time. 


We will be married 10 years this August.  I will be 2 years Lap-Band Post-Op this



September.  I feel Great and have so much energy.  I lost 122 pounds


in 11 months, now I am maintaining.  I am in a size 4.


Hope all of you are doing Great and staying cool this Hot Summer.

We had a wonderful time.  Rode a Horse for the First time in my Life and I loved it.  People could

not believe that I have lost 122 pounds.
