I just wanted to say Hello to all My OH Family. You guys are incredible.
Today I am 1 Year Post-Op, and I feel great. It has been a very tough and enjoyable year.
I couldn't have done it without my Husband (Who is my Number 1 Supporter) and you guys.
I want to say Thank you, and that I am here for you when you need me.
This JOURNEY OF MY LIFE will continue, and always remember WE ARE ALL GETTING
HEALTHY ONE POUND AT A TIME.

JUST WANTED TO SAY HELLO. Hope you all are doing Great. I am, I have lost 94 Pounds, and in a Size 10 going into a size 8. Whoo Hooo.
I am so Blessed.
Summer is here. I have 2 of my Grandchildren for 1 Month, and then I will have my other 2 the Month of July. They are THE JOY OF MY LIFE.

doing so Great. I had a WOW Moment this morning. I had some Jeans that were
to big for me, so I took them back to get a Smaller size and WOW I can wear a
size 10 now. Thank You God. I am so Blessed. I have it all ,because you were
their to support me and I want to be here for you ALL. THANK YOU ALL and
