Tracking my meals

I have been tracking my meals and found that I eat way too many carbs.   This tracking my meals have been a blessing cause I would have never know that I ate that many carbs.  I am trying really hard to add Protein to my daily meal plan.  I am having 8 teeth pulled Wensday and trying to boost the Protein so that will help with the healing...  I am having to change alot in my life so that I will have a more healthy lifestyle.  When I see Dr. Blaney he will see the changes that I have already made to began my life of being healthy.  

These changes are a little scary for me but in the end I know that it is for my health and that I can do anything I set my mind into doing!!  These are positive changes and they will better my life that is for sure.  So what if I have to go without front teeth for 12 weeks I still have to push forward to all my goals and this is one of many to come.  

I do chair aerobics now.  I have been going 2 times a week but now they will offering one more day so I will step up to 3 times a week.  Going to start walking this week with the walker and get out of this chair some.  I just have to make up my mind to do it.  Then I will truly be on my way.  Yes I will push on and get it done.  Cause I know this is part of my problem right now.  This chair has helped me to have an independent life but now I need more independents and a healthy life and sitting in this chair is not doing it.
