1 month update

So I have my 1 month surgiversary coming up tomorrow. I have lost 32 lbs so far...including a 10 day stall at week 2!  I know our bodies have to adjust and I am only putting in 600-750 calories a day so it went into starvation mode. I just started losing again at the beginning of this week. I had hoped to reach 40 lbs for the first month, but I am more than okay with 32. I have an appt with my surgeon on Monday. I am now eating soft foods and will be doing so for a month. I have no problems getting in 80 grams of protein a day, but the 64 oz of water is a constant struggle. I get so bloated from all the water that it makes it hard. I usually can get in at least 48 oz, which my NUT says is the minimum I should aim for. I figure as I become more active, it will be easier. I am hoping to get cleared for exercise on Monday, but I am guessing he is going to make me wait 2 more weeks. I will have to make do with the walking...BORING!  Anyway, for anyone that may be reading my updates, I just wanted to let you know that I am using MyFitnessPal.com to track my food and exercise.
