I went to my last supervised diet/nutrition appointment on Tuesday I turned in all of the needed paperwork and records the only thing that Dr. Stewarts office is waiting on is my weights from my priomary care office and  my obesity psych evalution from my therapist, which both of these items will be sent off on Monday morning. I am just glad that everything is coming together the patient coordinator told me that  I should have an answer sometime next week or sooner. i am just ready to get rid of the type II diabets. I am so excited and praising the name of God at the same time.
