Hi Misty, I just wanted to stop in and say congrats, u have done so great since your surgery. I was going thru profiles, something I don't do as often and I used too and just got thru reading yours. Hey Misty, I am so happy to hear that you have been doing well. 115 pounds down is awesome!!!! I know what you mean about now you are starting to look at the fat content on the foods, before I thought, oh i am able to eat such a little amount it won't matter... this isn't true anymore. i guess it was nice while it lasted, lol. anyway keep up the great work, congrats on everything!!!
