wow its been awhile

 well im back its been a few months things are still the same here ive gotten down to 214 but no one beileves when i tell them that lol, so i guess muscle does weigh more ... no problems with food or dumping, slowed alittle on the gym 7 days days a week but still going to spin and working a bunch i go back to delaware in a week im exciited to see my sisters and my othe family..oh my adopted sis and dad lol are g oing to have surgury too! i cant wait to tell then all about my journey!
hmm what else, my hair is growing back in finally slow of course the top part is really think the bottom ..lol not so much . in in a size 15/16 jean and still waiting to see that damn #200 but illl get there ... write soon!!
