Hi all,
My name is Marcie and I am a little person trapped in a fluffy person's body. I have tried many diets only to lose weight ,keep it off for a short period of time and then gain it all back and then some. I am a mother of 2 beautiful children Rachelle 10 and Connor 5. My partner Dave and i have been together for 14 years.
I have had weight issues since i was about 6 or 7 . This has also caused a lot of health problems for me. I am now a diabetic, I take high blood pressure pills, antidepressants, pain meds for my osteoarthritis and degenerative disk disease, and use a cpap machine nightly for my new diagnosis of sleep apnea. I also have a female problem called PCOS or Syndrome X is what they are calling now.
I am so looking forward to being healthy through WLS I have been patient for so long and I know that it is the right choice for me.
