I look at this photo and tears roll down my face because I did so much damage to my life, body, health and my family.

I ate 1/6 th of that 10 pound sandwich with fries and 2 regular sugar filled cokes.

The Dinner plate and Fast food Restaurants are killing the American population, 30,000 people die a year from car accidents, 300,000 die from obesity related illnesses.

I was committing suicide slowly, I thank God I reversed most of the damage!

You can't have surgery and shove the same junk in smaller amounts through your body and expect to live a long life.

Thank you dear God for allowing me to save my life!

My son back from University out to dinner he finished eating 20 wings before I finished 2, I have a difficult time with people who dont chew or eat too fast if I try to keep up the result is not pretty, That is the skill part of post op surgery! Dealing with reality!

These are dehydrated sweet potatoes with avacado and garlic dip, you cant find this anywhere in the Raw takes 2 hours on low heat of 105 degrees to get to the consistancy of chips in the dehydrator a raw food that just a few peices and 2 oz of dip will give you the energy of a superhero, it is so easy to buy a big bag of chips and mindlessly eat with a sour cream based dip.

its lap band and bypass friendly when chewed very well!

Junk Food (but small)

4 piggies I made with 1 oz mustard and 1/2 oz Cheese  wiz.

They go down easy 3 does the trick.

Know what your limits are! eat till you are full and chew to a liquid before dropping it.
