Gained not good

Hi! Update I’m now living in East Texas was in West Texas...

I was weighting 447, lost down too 350, have not had the surgery and have sense gained up to 408, not real happy about that. I’m going to see a new Dr, Here in east Texas.

I would love to run with my grandkids, play at the park, ride a bike with my grandkids, and stop a lot of the meds that I take…
