I am a 45 year old wife and mother of two grown kids. I have been on about every diet you can think of throughout my life. I started this journey after I found out I had a fatty liver and weird liver counts. This has been quite a challenging year with a few bumps along the way (hernias, more surgeries) but it has been worth every moment. I feel like a new person and have so much more energy. I never expected the outcomes that I have received and if I had it to do over again I would do it in a heartbeat.
