food that I LOVE.

I totally love this  and i have it more than 1 time per week.... 

   -capresse salad +. 1 toasted bread.
   -salad with chesse cubes and turkey ham. with balsamic dressing
   -bread with sf jam and cotagge cheesse ( love it love it)
   -protein shake with a spoon of coffe.
   -tuna with a small spoon of mayonnaise, mustard (mustar its free) and vegies and lemon. with a integral crackers.
   -turkey sausages.
for dinner i always have salad and chicken or  tuna. and maybe a vegie soup. (or some mexican that my mom does)

I JUST ALLOWED MY SELF TO HAVE 1 CARB PER DAY. such as. integral cracker, 2 tortillas, corn, cereal bars, cereal, 1 piece of bread or maybe 2 if i really want the 2nd one. and yes some times I CHEAT. its healthy ones in a while!. lol.
