My daughter, my husband and my son in law are doing this together. I need to feel better take control and hold myself accountable. I had my surgery in April 2011, lost 200lbs of that I have gained back 56lbs and I feel every ounce of it. I can do this.

This will not be a easy journey but it will be life changing for the better. I know that it is a difficult time right now but just think of your surgery date. You are almost there, you can do this!!!!
