Happy Birthday to Stitch- Had my visit with Dr C today

Had my visit with Dr C today It is hard to believe it has been one year.Wow what good things I have experienced. I can move breath and walk, find clothing in my size and feel pretty darn good. I have to really say that although I would love to lose more weight if I didn't lose any more lbs I would still feel this is a success and the best thing I have ever done. I did how ever forget to get my yearly blood work done. so I had to stop by the lab on my way out. LOL Dr C said he was please with the results and would send me a letter if my blood had problems. He is my life savor and I will always be gratefully to him and his magic cutter.
