Back to Basics; Stop backsliding!

Stitch has not left me but I have been unfaithful to him.
My angles post yesterday brought me to admit I was not being true to Stitch, Been cheating on my poor little pouch for few months now. And he has repaid me by not letting any Lbs. leave the scale. So today is my official getting back on track day!.

I really tried hard yesterday to stay focused on the program. However I had a few glitches in my methods. After chugging down my non decaff java I went to the dentist. It took so long, that I was starving after. So on he way home I tossed the idea of a grilled chicken strawberry salad and Chinese food. The Chinese food carry out won the toss. I order chicken chow main, sweet n sour chicken, and Almond chicken, ad egg rolls. I got quarts because I was doing carry out so that was dinner for the whole family.

Got home piled my plate with a serving spoon of rice, serve spoon of  each entree and 1 egg roll
 Well it is good to know that my minds eye is still bigger than my stomach. I ate a bite of the S.S chicken w/ rice, all of the chicken chow main, and part of the almond chicken. I felt stuffed. So I gave the rest to my of. Maggie (dog) with the exception of the egg roll. That I gave to my son.

Too much MSG and salt. And forget about he breading and sauce. Mental note be careful of the choices of sustenance when hungry.

Today: New Leaf. Like the song says Yesterdays gone. Don't You Look Back.
UP at 7 am. drinking 16 oz crystal light strawberry banana!
filled my vitamin box for the week and made a list of what is low.
8 am took my vitamins.
Planning  Carbsmart  raspberry yogurt for b- fest  and  chocolate protein drink for mid morning snack.  then 16 more oz's of water.
going to log my food and water on OH starting today!
