I had my first consultation with Dr. Saber today.  I didn't realize how much pre-op stuff needs to be done.  My insurance requires six consecutive months of doctor supervised weight loss attempts within the last two years.  Fortunately I have an appt scheduled with my PCP for the 24th to get this rolling.  So they gave me a form to have filled out each month by my PCP when I go in for my weight loss visits.  I am supposed to contact them when I receive my fourth completed form so that they can get me scheduled for the rest of my pre-op tests.
