"They have special rooms setup for this specific surgery with special beds. I will say that the staff dumped me out of bed on the first night, as they were not expireanced in the operation of the bed. But they also allowed my wife to stay all night with me for the 3 nights that I was right off the table. This was a huge help to me, as she could get little things that would have been a hassle for the nurses.
Now that they know how to use the beds, this is one of the best places to be for Weight loss surgery."

The Coastal Center provides a Monday night support group at the Western Medical Center, and for anyone who has had the surgery, or is even remotely considering it, should come to one of the meetings.
