GOAL ...I did it !! -   l'm nine months post op today and today I hit my Goal "130" been doing the happy dance all day..

Sugar free cool whip - is it ok on the 2 week post op liquid diet..

Anyone tried - Has anyone tried the Vit.water zero or life water .I don't know if they are allow on the post liquid diet but I need something new ..any ideas are welcome..
