Insulin Questions

Hi All  I start OPTI April 30 and surgery on May 21.  I am insulin dependent.  (Humalog before meals and Lantus at bedtime).  I have been given no direction with how to handle my insulin injections.  I'm really nervous about having a low.  Any advice?
