MY WEEKLY CHECK IN 05-02-11 NSV FIRST ·         OK WLS peeps
Several NSV for me
I was looking at clergy shirts and not able to find my size and found a company that made big shirts when Cindy pointed out I do not wear that size anymore and measured my neck it was a 19 yes I said 19 down from 27
Second I walked in my first 5 k and finished in just under 2 hours
Thank you Cindy for walking with me and supporting me ·         and the scale says I am down to 318 down from my highest of 497 and 403 day of surgery this gives me a bmi of 43.1 down from 69.5

THIS will be my first long walk since my surgery

it has been a while sine i posted
lets catch up shall we
i am 5 months out
i weigh 330 with bmi 44.7
i made my cross country trip with Cindy and and tribble 
my blood work looks good
 i feel great
 i have more energy than before
i can do thinks that i could not do in the past
i am finding that my knees hurt more than before but that is because i doing more
 i walk more  it hurts but i do it
 we go to the gym together
i have been more active in my church
 i have been asked to officiate at a wedding this summer and one maybe this fall
i am happy that Cindy made the move out here with me
at times i feel i am read to take on the world
looking forward to planing and spending the rest of my life with Cindy
 i am so glad that i had this surgery
 it was one of the Best things i have done

I HAD several nsv over the past weekend 
 the first my youngest son ( 19) was able to hug me and get his arms around me

the next  it has not gotten cold enough to brake out my winter coat but i have i find that i am getting cold faster

lastly  i know i have lost weight in my butt  my paints fall off if i do not were my suspenders and it hurst when i sit now for any length of time
and the best news of the day i am at 370 pounds

i had my surgery on 10-07-10
i was in hospital for 3 days
 and now i am home
 i am sore a little bit
 i am doing jello  Popsicles and pudding
 no problems yet
 went for a long walk today 
 everything went well  including removeal of my gailbladder
