10 days Post surgery

As of today, I am 10 days post surgery. The first 72 hours were a bit rough but since that it has been smooth sailing. I am glad to say that I have lost 17 pounds in 10 days just by eating what I was told to. This makes  a total of 35 pounds lost in 4 months or so. Its been amazing and just how much more energy I have is amazing. I can only imagine how much better I will feel as I continue to lose.
