One week post op

My surgery was successful! Thank God!! I spent an extra day in the hospital to get my pain under control and I'm glad I did because I thought I would go crazy because I was in so much pain. The pain has subsided alot but 2 of my puncture areas are still very sore. It's hard to get in and out of bed without them pulling and stinging. I go for my follow up appointment tomorrow and I'm happy about that because I have alot of questions. I have been walking. I decided I needed to get out of the house so I went to Walmart on Saturday and got short of breath I guess I wasn't quite ready for that trip.lol I haven't purchased a scale yet because I didn't want to become obsessed with  weighing myself. I have had wonderful support from my partner, family and friends. I am blessed.
