"August 6, 2008 (update)rnDr. Brody was very nice. I was glad to see him when it was time for me to get discharged. It would have been nice for him to visit my room after the surgery and/or before he left the hospital instead of the student interns/doctor.rnrnrnMay 2008rnDr. Brody is now my new surgeon (2008). He was direct and to the point. I only spent about 10-15 minutes with him and he was mostly just reviewing my questionnaire. His admin staff handles the preliminary stuff until you are approved by your insurance, I guess.rnSo far his office staff has been pretty decent and professional. It is sometimes hard to get through to his staff by phone so I'm not quite sure if I had any questions, he would answer them. I will have to wait and see how long it takes for them to get all of my paperwork to the insurance company for approval. Will keep you posted.rnrn"
