The fact that he's also a nice guy is just icing on the cake.rnrnHis office staff are really super nice and very caring and professional, but they could use a few hours with a communications consultant to sort out and streamline some of their administrative processes. They also need to thoroughly review all of their literature and remove the typos, omissions, redundancies and old information. It's a small point, for sure, but it might be offputting to some people who place a great deal of importance on such things."
