 I am sorry I haven't kept this up but I an now 12 months out and 147 lbs lighter. What a difference a year makes! Seven trips to the hospital with ulcers,gall bladder, hernias,strictures,tomors and pancreas problem but it is all worth it and I would do it again. I am 16 lbs from goal. then wait a year and do plastics. Feeling good and my cholesterol has gone from 244 to 120. Thanks to all my peeps for supporting me on this journey!

Haven't posted in awhile, I have been dog sitting at my mother's while she was out of town. Boy has that done me good! Got inspired to exercise since the doggies begged me for walkies. Mother can't walk them,but I have in the past and today was an especially good day for it! I am back to work on the computer sitting and stretching on my pilates ball-great work out without knowing you're doing it! I haven't been able to read through all todays post but want to say prayers for all the victims and heroes of 9-11 and a Happy Birthday to my oldest Grandson Jonathan who is 15 today. Will we be meeting at the Rise and Shine Saturday? I hope so I need a dose of my friends here in person! Meggie
