Appointment with PCP 1/10/07 to discuss WLS

Insurance approval received for referral to Dr Mueller 1/23/07

Consultation with Dr Mueller completed on 2/7/07

Pysche Evaluation completed on 2/13/07

Pre-op test scheduled with PCP on 2/22/07

Pre-Op with Dr Mueller and Staff on 2/28/07

Surgery postponed; PCP would not approve and release me due to my high A1C level; working to get that down.  Very disappointed.

Finally!! Got the A1C level down TO 8.0.  Surgery scheduled for 4/24/07!

4/23/07: THE DAY BEFORE SURGERY....CANCELLED AGAIN!  due to the A1C level at 8.0....beginning to think this is a conspiracy...talk about paranoid...really disgusted!!

  

4/26/07:  A1C level at 7.7; surgery rescheduled to 5/14/07
4/27/07:  UTI; re-test 5/2/07; hope my surgery does not get cancelled again.
