So I am heading out to go bra shopping wish me luck. It has been 4 years since I last bought bras and they were streatchy no support bras. I think I had lost enough weight now that I can buy something with some support and the twins can go back up where they are supposed to be. I'm pretty sure I will cry if this happens but good tears.

55 lbs since Surgery, 94 lbs from my highest.

I cleaned out my closet and got rid of lots of clothes that are too big now. Also went out to eat with my daughter and her boyfriend and had lots of room in the booth.I drive a Saab 9-3 and haven't been able to buckle the seat belt since I got it. I thought about selling it but I loved it too much. Yesterday on my way to work I tired my seatbelt and now it buckles. Life is good!

 

50 lbs from my surgery day, 87 from my highest sounds like a good day Yay!

Yay under 300 lbs, barely lol but I am. Now back to work.

I love this baggy clothes look I have going on lol. I mean obviously I have to buy new clothes soon but for now I'm loving it.

So at my regular Dr. the scale only goes to 350. It's been a really long time since I didn't have to just tell them my weight. Today I very happily stepped on the scale and not only can I weigh on it now It's way down on the last level. Weight is still bad 309 but no longer  do they write 350+ or what I tell them I weighed at home.  I'll take it for now : )

My clothes all still fit so I may be getting prematurely excited but I put on a outfit today and it was loose and my top was drapey. I have been wearing mostly comfy clothes so couldn't really tell until today. Yay me, the only bad thing is that I don't really have money to do much shopping. Iguess I will just have to buy cheap clothes until I get to a plauteu

I had my one week appt today it went fairly well. I am feeling good and the FNP remarked that I don't even look like I just had surgery. I have lost only 10 lbs since my pre-op visit which I was kinda dissapointed to hear. I got to start eating purees/really soft foods today. I had a scrambled egg and it was the best damn egg I have even eaten in my life lol however. I know the weight is going to come off it just seems like after 8 days of only liquids I would have lost more. I'm doing find emotionally I know it's early but still glad I did this. She thought it was strange where my incisions are I have a total of 5 one is a tiny one just under my bra line that bruised really bad, the bruise is still there but then incision is pretty much healed then four under that straight acrossed. She did not have the operation report she said but asked if I knew why they were like that; but I was told nothing and did not ask. I think that may have been why my recovery wasn't so bad because they aren't in a spot where it hurts when I bend or anything. I know this is a TMI but I'm able to reach myself better to clean my areas and this makes me oh so happy. I was having to work really hard at this previously. I am down only 10 lbs since surgery but 48 lbs from my highest and 20 lbs since june, but I had gained 7 lbs in between and had to re-lose them. The only problem I am having is that I can't seem to sleep tonight but I don't know if that has anything to do with my surgery.  

In other news my Husband is coming to town next week to work on a rental we take care of for a friend. Ugh I don't really want to see him but I'm sure i will have to take my daughter to see him. Not that he deserves it but we will see how it goes. I would like to say maybe I can get dinner out of the deal but I'm such a cheap date now maybe cash is a better idea.

I had my surgery on Tuesday, everything went well so well infact my Dr. almost let me go home on wednesday evening but I kinda felt like hanging around another night since I was already mentally prepared to do so. I went home thursday morning though and after a pharmacy snafu I was showered and resting comfortably but 2:00 P:M. All in all there was very little pain, the most pain was from my throat when I was intubated. Not even the pain from the pump seemed to help the throat. Anyway I have been on the clear liquids and all of that is going fine but it's getting boring for sure. So I'm happy and relieved and hoping that nothing springs up but so far so good.
