15 weeks since the start of optifast

i have been 15 weeks since opti fast, and 12 weeks post op.
in my 15 weeks, i have a lost a total of 76lbs!! feeling great. energy is back full force.
working out at the gym 4-5 times a week!
I never felt soooo alive!! :)

12 weeks post op

i'm 12 weeks post op. i've lost a total of 64 lbs, and i feel great. still finding it very hard to eat meat, but working on it.

well...i'm 2 weeks post op. have dropped 20lbs since surgery and a total of 38 lbs since optifast. feeling great. really liking the outcome so far. i have dropped 2 pant sizes..yay!! keeping my eye on the prize!

started my 3 week optifast last saturday, into day 4, whoooo am I hungry. like many have said, ² keep your eyes on the prize²! and that's what im doing. 16 days till surgery and counting!!
