15 weeks since the start of optifast

i have been 15 weeks since opti fast, and 12 weeks post op.

in my 15 weeks, i have a lost a total of 76lbs!! feeling great. energy is back full force.
working out at the gym 4-5 times a week!
I never felt soooo alive!! :)
