"He didn't rush anything. He tells you the risk and benefits. The aftercare with Mercy is very important to him and his staff. You have to do a lot to get thought there program but it all is for your health and safety. I would rate him a 10. The staff are really nice and they even have the chairs with the wide arms. I have now had the surgery and want to up date that Dr. Smolik did a great job. My scars are very little and I might be able to wear a bikini. LOL I had no problems at all. He is very nice and I'm glad I choose him as my surgeon. His staff is great and very nice everytime I go to the doctors office. I really like there program that they have there."

"I HAD MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH HER 01/06/2005 TO DISCUSS THE SURGREY. I HAD NEVER ASKED BEFORE. SHE TOLD ME TO CALL MY INSURANCE AND IF THEY SAID THEY COVERED THE SURGERY I HAD MY REFERRAL. I CALLED HER THE SAME DAY TO TELL HER MY INSURANCE DIDNT COVER(COVENTREY) BUT MY HUSBANDS DID (aetna)I GOT A CALL FROM A NURSE ON 01/11/2005 WHO TOLD ME I HAD AN APPONTMENT WITH THE SURGON 01/27/05 AT 10:30AM AND IT WAS WITH THE PLACE I WANTED TO GO TO IN GRINNELL IA."
