Hiya Mel & Bob!!! You guys have been so awesome with helping me in my weight loss journey. Thank you both for being you. It's been great having people like you to ask questions and lean on. Thanks so much!!! Mel, I know this surgery will be totally uneventful and you will return to Canada a healthier, new and improved you. Melissa, Good Luck hun you are in good hands. You will be on the looser's bench soon. Bob try and enjoy yourself while you are away and make sure Mel doesn't do anything to strenous for a few days once you get back to the hotel.

Hey Mel and Bob! I am so happy you guys are on your way, finally! I know its a scarey step, but in the long run after its all said and done and 6 weeks from now, it will be pure bliss, believe me.
