My surgery is in less than a month, and my pre-op appointment with my surgeon and the anesthesiologist on Thursday.  

I know I need to bring my health card and the money to pay for the opti-fast.  Is there anything else I will need to bring?  W

I got a call from my surgeon's office this afternoon.  My surgery had originally been scheduled for August 4, but now it has been moved up to July 21.  Eek!  The office staff said she will call me back with a pre-op appointment.

What vitamins do you benchers use?  Have you found a multivitamin with 18mg of iron, or do you take an extra supplement? (Has your clinic instructed you to use a multi with 18mg of iron?)  Do you use chewable/liquid vitamins, or do you crush yours?  An

I had  my OTN appointment with Dr. Sullivan this morning. He said I could call his office to schedule the surgery. My surgery is tentatively  booked for August 4th. However, if there is an opening in July, I  might get bumped up.  Either way...not too
