Finally!

It's been 3 weeks since I've lost any weight.  I was beginning to wonder if I was done.  Which I would be totally happy with where I'm at.  So I go to weigh today and I lost a pound!  And to top it off, Aunt Flo is in town for her monthly visit!  So maybe I will lose some more after she leaves!!  I really would like to reach goal before 2009!  Two more pounds to go!
