Questions about meds

Hello all ,well I have gone to more regular food ,problem being my stomach has not hold some to well and it is coming back out ,I think it is because I have to swallow my medication with water and I think my stomach is still full from taking my pills.that I am not waiting long enough to eat breakfast and it come back out ,some of it anyway. I feel like I'm going to explode when this happens like gas is building up and there is no relief except to throw up . If anyone has advice much appreciated.  Until my dr appt tomorrow I am going back to some stuff from before. Thanks mlinda
