Update

Hello all ,well it's almost 4 months out of surgery, I'm astounded at how my appearance has changed ,the weight is like melting away. I have had people say how different I look and it is hard for me to see it ,I think sometimes I am afraid to look in the mirror. Things are going well I am trying more types of meat ,still real small portions ,I get full fast and i still dont feel hungry. I'm still having issues with skin. Does anyone have any tips?
