Dr visit today

Hello all, well things are going well . I'm down 51 pounds since surgery and 76 pounds since this journey started and what a difference. I'm still having issues with skin ,I will take anyone's input on that subject. And what are people eating at 4 month post OP? Have a good day thanks melinda
