Andrea you look absolutely wonderful. My name is Andrea also and I had the surgery 08/15/05. Before the surgery I weighed 314 and I would like to know how would I go about losing more weight. I've appeared to hit this major rock in the road and ti's been 2 or more months since I've lost any weight. I really want to get down to at least 150 or 140. According to the doctors scale I've only lost 90lbs but my scale at home says I've lost 105lbs. However I still have about 60lbs to lose and I would very much like to lose that before i reach my one year anniversary. Could you give me some tips on how you managed to get down so small also could you give me tips on what to eat and what exercise to do. I do not want this weight loss journey to be in vain.
