"First consult was very informative, He lets you know all the risks involved, He is also very \"to-the-point\", and professional. I am quite happy that he will be my surgeon. I have also talked with Albert about what was needed in my psych eval. letter. He always got back to me very timely. I went on MyChart the other day to update my new meds, new PC Dr, and new diagnosis. I did this by email sending Dr. Provast office my info. Lois got back to me in about an hour. Which I thought has extremely great time. Technology is wonderful, I advice any ppl going through UTsouthwestern to use their My Chart. It probally helps out the Dr.s and nurses also so they have record. Right now I would recommend Dr.provost and his staff to anyone considering WLS I think they are all great.
